Russian winemakers from different regions will traditionally meet at the annual professional symposium. This year the event will be held for the 4th time. The main topic of the 2023 symposium will be import substitution. Representatives of our company will make a report "Production of tartaric acid in Russia. Technological independence and a healthy environment" and will acquaint participants with the progress of the project.
